Senate Bill 1183

Bill Sponsor’s Summary:

This legislation prohibits abortion procedures when a fetal heartbeat can be detected, with the exceptions included for rape, incest, and life of the mother.

My Biggest Concern:

It's time to stop attacking women's rights. Additionally, how can you define "fetal heartbeat" without relying on the word 'fetus' or 'heartbeat?'
