HCR 27 (2024): Encourages children’s health by understanding coverage gaps and promoting access to IVIG treatment for severe cases of PANS/PANDAS.
H219 (2023): Clarifies disability language used to determine eligibility for Idaho’s Armed Forces and Public Safety Officer Scholarship.
H461 (2022): Updates Idaho code to ensure the dependents of Idaho military and law enforcement members who die in the line of duty—regardless of whether it is in combat—are eligible for Idaho’s Armed Forces and Public Safety Officer Scholarship.
HCR 30 (2022): Honors Idaho families affected by PANS/PANDAS and formally recognizes October 9, 2022, as a day of awareness and support.
S1364 (2024): Streamlines the licensing process for Idaho brewers by merging brewpub and retail licenses thus improving Idaho’s business climate.
