Legislative Summary:
Proposes an amendment to the Idaho Constitution prohibiting the production, manufacture, transportation, sale, delivery, dispensing, distribution, possession, or use of certain psychoactive drugs.
My biggest concern:
This bill would prevent Idaho from ever legalizing marijuana or hemp in our state. It’s meant as a preventative measure towards any potential ballot initiative or proposed legislation to legalize any drug in Idaho’s future.
